ABOUT ME

Nigel Wilkinson was for many years a senior producer for BBC Radio 3 and now works mainly as a pianist, teacher, examiner and adjudicator.    

 

In the last twenty years, private teaching has become a major part of his work, specialising in upper grade and diploma preparation: in that period, he has prepared almost 100 pupils for grade 8 and taken a further fifty through diplomas.  Nigel was a diploma and grade examiner for the ABRSM for over twenty years, and is also an honorary Associate of the Royal Academy of Music.
